WINEMAKING PROCESS
We select the best Tempranillo’s grapes from sandy soils, that create freshness on the nose and good acidity. It is combined perfectly with Garnacha’s grapes that provide intensity of black fruits and amplitude on the palate. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, at 20-22º C temperature and macerations between 10 to 15 days.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Intense cherry red and bluish trim, medium high layer.
Aroma: Predominates a fresh entry of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, with touches of violet caramel, from the Tempranillo.
Palate: The entrance is sweet, with balanced tannins, but at the same time intense with great toasted flavor and pastries. Creamy but its acidity makes the wine vibrant. After taste of licorice and blackberries.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal to accompany meats, Fish, Casseroles and pairs perfectly with rice’s and tomato based pastas. Also goes well with Cheeses and cured hams.
