Elaborated following the traditional method at a controlled temperature, using grapes with the stems and stalks stripped away. Maturation is completed with a period of aging in French Oak Barrels during 28-32 months, endowing the wine the most complex aromas without losing its freshness and fruity character.
Brilliant ruby red colour with touches of tile red at the edges. Elegant aromas with a soft vainilla remains the aging process, with some varietal notes. Evokes spicy and balsamic aromas on the nose. Balances and complex bouquet, providing a silky sensation in the palate and is smooth and elegant to the taste. Full-bodied, long and persistent characteristics after taste.
