WINEMAKING PROCESS
This wine is the soul of our family and the tribute to our beautiful estate. This is a very special property, absolutely unique. It was bought by the Larrainzar familyfrom the monks of the nearby Monastery of Irache. And it has been home to this family for over 160 years. It has beautiful gardens, full of cent en ary pines,fountains and ponds, surrounded by boxwood and flowers that embellish even more the magic of this house. Therefore, we wanted to reflect that special environment, embodying on the labels the beauty of French style gardens.
TASTING NOTES
It shows an attractive deep and bright cherry red color with purple trim, which reveals its youth. It has a good intensity on the nose, with attractive and clean aroma s of blackberries and black plum, giving way to pleasant notes of clean oak, scrubland a background of toasted bread. It enter the mouth with intensity, with an n outstanding presence of its fruity character, not without complexity. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant. It leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste, inviting you to drink a second glass.
